Liquid screed flooring is the best way to get the most out of your underfloor heating system, as the flowability of liquid screed means that it wraps around pipework totally, leaving no air gaps and therefore maximising conductivity throughout your floor. Quicker to dry

Its liquid properties, as well as the lay depth required for liquid screed flooring being less than in more traditional sand and cement screed, means that it has a faster drying time. This makes it invaluable for projects on a restrictive time allowance, and allows for light foot traffic within 24-48 hours.
